WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE US? PORTUGAL IS AN ATTRACTIVE NEARSHORING CENTER
Aug 27th 2019
Portugal has become an attractive European nearshoring center — that’s a fact. Therefore, it should be interesting to compare Cleverti’s characteristics vis-à-vis its major competitors.
By now, you already know what the term nearshore outsourcing means: it’s the practice of getting a service performed by people in neighboring countries, rather than doing so in your own country. This geographical and cultural proximity means that communications and travel become easier and cheaper, as there is also a similar time zone or one with minimal difference. There’s also the possibility for onsite visits which makes the whole process a breeze.
And what about the quality?
Well, you know, there’s a saying that goes: you get what you pay for. If you choose your outsourcing partner solely based on prices, you’re doomed for failure… I hope you sincerely understand what I’m trying to say here. If you choose the right provider (*ahem*, us), the quality will absolutely show — just take a peek on our website to check out the positive reviews and feedback that we have from our clients and our employees.
Just a heads-up on Cleverti: although we’re a company based in Lisbon, our core language is English — each and every employee is required to have at least a B2 level of English proficiency. This means that communication flows quite nicely.
So, we’ve already pretty much covered why you should outsource to Portugal.
But the question still stands: why should you choose us? What makes us any different from our Portuguese competitors?
Our culture. The brilliant thing about culture is that it is a black box — you don’t really know what’s going on, and you know that for sure, as a competitor, you cannot imitate it. You just know that, in our case, there is something about our culture that is definitely great — and this, folks, is what makes us a great company to work with and at.
What’s culture, really? Culture is vitally important for the success of any company. It can be defined as the underlying beliefs, values and ways of interacting that contribute to the unique psychological and social setting of an organization. Culture is a set of written and unwritten rules that have been developed over time and are considered valid. And what makes our culture work so nicely is what ties this all together — our people.
Call it cliché or whatever you want, but I truly believe that people are any organization’s biggest weapon. You cannot have a company without people and, in our case, a great pool of talent. And at the end of the day, people do not stay solely for money — they stay for what they do, with whom they do and where they do it (Özgür Özdemircili).
I firmly believe that you should always treat your employees exactly as you want them to treat your best clients. And if all of our clients are very happy… I’ll let you figure out the rest of the story.
We are already being chosen as an employer.
So, choose us as a business partner as well.
